Experienced CDL drivers, you may go through a 1-2 day orientation program. You pay NOTHING for completing the orientation sessions. This is a paid orientation and we provide your meals, lodging, reimbursement to training location and transportation during training hours if needed.

Pre-Work Screen

The pre-work screen will assess whether you can safely perform the essential functions of truck driving. Upon passing the pre-work screen, you will proceed with your orientation. Call and receive the pre-work screne assessment to see what is expected.

Training Facilitator

After processing you may be selected for a short time on the road with a Guidance facilitator between 1-2 days. If so you will actually drive the truck and perform the work as a commercial driver. Your Guidance facilitor will be there to observe, prepare, answer questions and help DOT compliance.

Skills Test

If required you’ll go through a pre-trip inspection, coupling/uncoupling procedure and a 15-20 mile road course to make sure you feel ready to hit the road. When you pass safely and feel confident in your decision and after completing independent contract agreement, it’s time to start racking up thAT CASH!

REQUIREMENTS FOR O/O Requirements for Drivers

• At least 25 years old (DOT requirement)

• Pass a DOT Drug Test/Physical

• Minimum 5years experience

• Authorized commercial driver's license (CDL) issued by your state of residence

• Clean driving record

• No DWI/DUI in the Last 7 years

• No Felonies

• Solid work history

• Positive Attitude
